{SUPER EASY} Protein Packed Energy Bites

These are great for grab and go snacks!

  • Prep time: 5 minutes

  • Recipe type: Snack

  • Makes about 15 balls

What you need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop protein powder (can use any powder, we used Garden of Life raw protein & greens)

  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • ΒΎ cup almond butter (or other nut butter)

  • ΒΌ cup honey (or maple syrup to make vegan)

  • 1-3 tbsp. water (if needed)

What to do:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix oats, protein powder, cacao, chia seeds, and cinnamon together. Stir to combine and remove any lumps in the powders.

  2. Add vanilla, almond butter, and honey.

  3. Mix together until all ingredients are combined and become soild. If ingredients are not sticking together, can add water 1 tbsp. at a time until mixture becomes solid.

  4. Scoop spoonfuls and roll into 1-inch balls.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy! (Can enjoy immediately, but refrigerating helps balls stay together)
